CA. legal pot initiative halfway done with signature-gathering
Tax Cannabis 2010 reports the legalization group has gathered more than 330,000 signatures, more than half-way to its goal of getting a cannabis legalization proposition on the California ballot for November 2010.
However, a recent poll shows Tax Cannabis 2010 losing by a small margin due to low youth voter turnout in an off-season election year.
